Follow these steps to permanently remove your Calora account and all associated data.
If you still have access to the Calora app, you can delete your account directly from your settings.
If you can’t access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
Include the email address linked to your Calora account.
We’ll verify your identity and confirm when your data has been removed.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
Some minimal information may be kept only where required by law, such as for fraud prevention or financial record‑keeping.
If you are in the EU or UK, you can also exercise your right to erasure under GDPR by contacting our support team at contact@calora.click.
