Delete Account
Follow these steps to permanently remove your Calora account and all associated data.
Delete your account in the app
If you still have access to the Calora app, you can delete your account directly from your settings.
- 1Open the Calora app on your iOS or Android device.
- 2Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.
- 4Select Account, then tap Delete Account.
- 5Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
Include the email address linked to your Calora account.
We’ll verify your identity and confirm when your data has been removed.
What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials (email, password hash, display name).
- All food diary entries, calorie and macro logs, and water intake records.
- Body weight measurements and progress history.
- AI-generated meal analyses and corrections.
- All notification and reminder preferences.
- Any active subscription association (your subscription remains in your app store account — cancel it there to stop billing).
What we may retain
Some minimal information may be kept only where required by law, such as for fraud prevention or financial record‑keeping.
